Cranberry hibiscus tea
There’s nothing quite like a warm cup of refreshing tea to help you relax and unwind.
28g dried hibiscus flowers
6 cups water
½ cup freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
Place water in a saucepan, bring to the boil and then remove from the heat.
Add hibiscus flowers, cover and allow to cool.
Add sugar to taste along with freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice.
Place in fridge to cool.
Serve chilled with fresh mint.
