You don’t need potato chips when this healthy snack is just minutes away.
1 bunch kale
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
Carefully remove the leaves and tear into bite size pieces. Wash and dry thoroughly.
Drizzle kale with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges brown.
