Pineapple ice blocks
These ice blocks are sweet, colourful and delicious.
3 cups pineapple, roughly chopped
⅓ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
Combine pineapple, milk and sugar in a food processor and pulse until almost smooth.
Pour half of the mixture into a bowl. Pulse remaining mixture until completely smooth and combine in a bowl.
Divide evenly among ice-block moulds or paper cups, and insert sticks.
Freeze until solid and serve.
