City Sounds presented by Pandora® internet radio is Australia’s largest free live music program, presenting local and touring bands and artists in the Queen Street Mall, Post Office Square, South Bank and other locations around Brisbane each week.
With everything from alternative and folk, to jazz and electro, and everything in between, City Sounds has something for every music lover.
From 7-9 August, the best emerging talent from Queensland Conservatorium’s Seed project will be taking over City Sounds with an impressive array of pop, soul, folk, rock and electronic music.
No need to wait for the weekend to enjoy live music – on Wednesdays you’ll find the best local and touring acts popping up in various locations and laneways in the CBD.
Why not pop down to Brisbane City’s scenic Post Office Square over lunch to kick back and enjoy some live music? Thursday 6 August features the distinctly soulful sounds of Ofa Fanaika.
