  We've lived in Brisbane our whole lives and were looking for something different to do. A friend of ours recommended the Kookaburra River Queens and we thought we would give it a try. What a fabulous time we had! We enjoyed a wonderful cruise on the river and enjoyed a delicious buffet with various food. We went on the 'Ladiback Live on Sundays' cruise and they had live entertainment too. Highly recommend to anyone!

  Caboolture Historical Village

  
  This place is so beautiful! There is so much to see and do it fills in a full day. There are so many buildings and other exhibits to see but it is also a great place to have a family get together. The exhibits have something of interest for everyone and there is a train ride for the kids or the young at heart. We had lunch at the hotel that's in the village and strolled around for hours. There were also plenty of seats to stop and have the occasional rest. It is also a very cheap outing for all the family compared to other places. We have been there several times but it is always changing and every time we find something new to look at.
