Flour mill turned World War II base turned bar. The walls of Constance Street's The Mill on Constance sure would have some stories to share. Quite literally actually. Renovations on the ground floor of the Flour mill discovered notes that had been hidden behind the bricks from US soldiers in World War II. These uncovered gems will soon be displayed on the walls of the bar to reflect the building's immense history.

The Mill on Constance is run by two Irish construction workers who have renovated the wooden wonderland with their very own hands. Yep, you read correctly. The hand-built bar, tables, polished floors and sanded brick walls are all kudos to the Irish duo along with their friend and third owner of the bar. With craft beer, wine, and spirits being the focus of the menu, and an all Australian drinks list, The Mill on Constance will certainly not disappoint.
