Medibank Feel Good Program class timetable

The Medibank Feel Good Program has been designed to suit all fitness levels, with classes ranging from low impact to high energy options.

All classes are free and bookings are not required – just turn up and join in on the fun! All classes are located at the Little Stanley Street lawns apart from the aqua class which is at the Boat Pool on Saturday mornings. If classes are moved or cancelled notification will be provided on our Facebook and Twitter pages.

We recommend bringing along a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required) if you have one. We do have a limited number of yoga mats, but they are offered out on a first-in, first-served basis. Check out the class timetable below to plan your workout.

You can view download a PDF of the class timetable here. All classes run for 45 minutes. If you need to store any personal belongings during a class, please do so safely. Lockers are located on either side of the entry to Streets Beach (fees apply). MUMS & BUBS
Bring bub along for this specialised post-natal class to help rebuild strength.

CARDIO
Energise your body and mind with this low impact, high intensity aerobics class. 

DANCE
Get moving to the beat while melting calories in this fun, social class.

TAI CHI
Tai Chi is a low-impact, slow-motion exercise involving deep breathing and relaxation of the muscles.

AQUA
Splash down and tone up in the refreshing water of South Bank’s Boat Pool.
