Spice up your visit to Ipswich with a thrilling tour of a lifetime courtesy of an unforgettable Pterodactyl Helicopters experience. Just imagine the excitement as you lift off, with friendly Captain Mike Jarvis taking you over the Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Lockyer Valley, Somerset, Logan and Redlands regions.

Choose from adrenaline-charged offers, such as the Helicopter River Run - a low-level flight winding along the Brisbane River - or combine dining out or a trip to a winery with the Pterodactyl experience. Packages include the Wine Tour to several local boutique wineries with lunch provided, and the Country Pub Crawl where you drop in to authentic Aussie pubs to sample the beer and have some great tucker. Now, that's travelling in style!

Why not impress your partner with a romantic lunch at Spicers Hidden Vale or the historic Woodlands of Marburg? Or get a large group together for an adventure helicopter tour? With the ideal flying conditions in and around Ipswich, Pterodactyl is the perfect way to take in a bird's eye view of the historical city and its picturesque surrounds. A special time is between September and November for the purple beauty of flowering jacarandas.

Food, wine, beer the staple of Australian life. Being able to put the right beverage with a particular meal is a
