The Brisbane Visitor Information Centre (VIC) is a world-class, award-winning facility located at the lower end of the Queen Street Mall in the heart of Brisbane’s busiest shopping precinct. We open our doors to visitors seven days a week and we’re here to make sure that people like you get all the information and assistance you need to have a great holiday experience.
We offer a full and comprehensive range of visitor services from tour, accommodation and car hire bookings; to events and entertainment information; to general tourist advice.
