Two ingredient nice-cream


You won't believe how simple it is to whip up this sweet, refreshing treat.

6 bananas, sliced
2-3 tablespoons honey

Slice the bananas and freeze overnight or until firm.
Place the bananas into a food processor and blend, scraping down several times until the bananas have turned into a creamy puree.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey and mix until combined.
Serve straight away for a creamy, delicious nice-cream or refreeze for later.

Tip: The nice-cream will be a little icy if eaten later. This recipe is from Australian Bananas.
