What's new at the Medibank Feel Good Program
The Medibank Feel Good Program returns for a second season in 2017 from 2 October – 2 December, and it’s bringing some exciting new classes in addition. Check out our rundown of the new classes to inspire you to get involved and get fit for free.
Bootcamp | Wednesdays | 6:45am – 7:30am
Get the most from your workout by toning your major muscle groups in our free bootcamp class on Tuesdays. There’s no messing around in this intense class where you will be run through a series of drills in hardcore interval and strength training.
Dance | Thursdays | 5:45pm – 6:30pm
Exercise without even knowing it with our ‘exercise in disguise’ dance class on Thursdays. Get moving to the music and shimmy to the beat, whilst the calories melt away in this fun and social class. Focusing on easy dance moves and suitable for all ages and capabilities, enjoy jazz, hip hop and ballet styles to increase your fitness level.
Active Kids | Saturdays | 9:30am – 10:15am
This season a class designed especially for kids aged 5-12 has been introduced to the program on Saturday mornings. The fun kids’ workout is designed to create and encourage healthy habits from an early age, providing the building blocks to promote a positive body image.
Hosted in the stunning South Bank Parklands, the Medibank Feelgood Program also includes yoga, core strength, mums and bubs, cardio and aqua fitness classes. For the full class timetable and more information about the program head to the homepage.
