Gold Coast raised songwriter, Hannah McLeod has released her debut single 'Young'. Busy performing gigs at Miami Marketta, Night Quarter, The Milk Factory, The Old Museum and a range of different markets and support slots up and down the East Coast including Kate Ceberano, Jordan Wearn, Dan Hannaford and Olly Friend. McLeod performed her debut BIGSOUND Showcase, played her first international gig (Helsinki, Finland) and graduated from Music Industry College.
After moving to Brisbane, McLeod began studying songwriting and began working on her debut EP, which is expected to be released this year. The songwriter is currently sharing recent works, gigging regularly at Farmers Markets and Coffee Houses, charming audiences with the smooth sounds of electric folk & lyrics that portray a youthful monologue.
This performance is part of Brisbane's free live music program, City Sounds. As part of City Sounds, South Bank hosts free live music performances Saturday from 3-8pm.
