Enjoy this free Energy class, held in the stunning surrounds of the South Bank Parklands. It’s designed to suit all fitness levels and is a seriously high-energy, calorie-consuming athletic workout that will burn fat and give you results fast.
This class is part of South Bank’s free Medibank Feel Good Program. Held from Monday 29 January - Saturday 31 March 2018, the Program features six different fitness classes, all taught by qualified instructors. All classes are free and bookings are not required – to join in, simply show up and grab a spot on the lawn! For the full program, head to the Medibank Feel Good Program’s homepage. Please note that all Energy classes take place on the Little Stanley Street Lawns, though they may be relocated or cancelled in the event of wet weather.
