This class is part of South Bank’s free Medibank Feel Good Program. Held from Monday 29 January until Saturday 31 March, the Program features eight different fitness classes, all taught by qualified instructors. All classes are free and bookings are not required – to join in, simply show up and grab a spot on the lawn! For the full program, head to the Medibank Feel Good Program’s homepage. Please note that all Pilates classes take place on the Little Stanley Street Lawns, though they may be relocated or cancelled in the event of wet weather.
