Ingrid is an award-winning Queensland jazz singer/voice educator/recording artist/lyricist and a pivotal figure in the Brisbane Jazz scene. She has been described as having "found the right point between the hip and the sweet".

Her repertoire comprises contemporary and classic jazz standards as well as material from the Beatles to the Beach Boys, Carole King to Crowded House and The Rolling Stones, always delivering unique arrangements and special qualities. The musicians she performs with work as an organic unit, weaving melodies, textures and rhythms to express a personal interpretation of these songs and the endless possibilities "they present full of live energy, warmth and deep emotion" (Neville Meyers).
