Boxing, City Botanic Gardens, 12.15pm - 1pm every Thursday. With a mix of boxing and kick-boxing combos, the trainers take you through an endless variety of challenging drills that guarantee you a great cardio and full body workout, including arms, legs, butt and abs.
Tai Chi, City Botanic Gardens, 12.30pm - 1.30pm every Tuesday. This dynamic mind and body activity is invigorating and will help you feel relaxed, refreshed and calm. The easy-to-follow moves are repeated each week to enable participants to get a feel for the gentle flowing exercise 'moving meditation'. Join any week all welcome!
