Making the most of seasonal produce, Matt Moran and head chef Ben Russell have created a new autumn menu at Aria Restaurant that focuses on using the freshest produce from local suppliers, producers and farms. Think Moreton Bay bugs with shiitake and seaweed butter, roasted duck with red cabbage, rhubarb and pecans, and a comforting apple tarte tatin with apple sorbet. Drool over the whole menu here.
