The Medibank Feel Good Program is a series of free fitness classes held at South Bank Parklands.
Bookings are not required, and there’s a range of classes to suit all fitness levels.
Class locations:- Aqua classes at the Boat Pool- Barre, Ballroom Dancing, Bootcamp, Mums & Bubs Fitness, Salsa Dancing, Bollywood Dancing and Tai Chi classes at Flowstate- Energy, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba® classes at Little Stanley Street Lawn
