The Medibank Feel Good Program is a series of free fitness classes held at South Bank Parklands.
Bookings are not required, and there’s a range of classes to suit all fitness levels. All classes are held on the Little Stanley Street Lawns, except for Mums and Bubs Pilates which is held at South Bank Piazza and Aqua which is in the Boat Pool.
The class timetable for Series 1: 28 January - 30 March is,
Mondays5.30pm - 6.15pm Yoga
Tuesdays 6.45am-7.30am Barre5.30pm - 6.15pm Pilates
Wednesdays6.45am - 7.30am Bootcamp9.15am - 10am Mums and Bubs Pilates5.30pm - 6.15pm Energy

Series 2: 30 September - 30 November, class timetable to be advised.
There will be free wellness talks on various topics related to health and wellbeing taking place again in Series 2 of the Medibank Feel Good Program. Dates and topics for second series to be advised.
