In their hands-on, four-hour LifeShape Kitchen Weekend Workshops we’ll get you working together as a team to create delicious family meals, under the guidance of MasterChef finalist and nutritionist Chloe Ann and a LifeShape dietitian.
In a fun, interactive setting, they teach the fundamentals of cooking, how to make healthy food choices and all about nutrition. The skills practised include using kitchen equipment, meal planning, market buying, experimenting with flavour, reading recipes, and ultimately how to prepare nutritious food they’ll love to eat.
It’s super fun to eat your handiwork! Everything you make can be taken home for the rest of the family to enjoy. Best of all you’ll bond with your child and you won’t get in trouble for making a mess in the kitchen together!
