Wildlife Tourism Australia's biennial national conference, for tour operators, ecolodges, wildlife parks, researchers, students, conservation managers, government staff, NGOs and others interested in environmentally-sustainable wildlife tourism in Australia and elsewhere.
Topics will include tourism assisting conservation, citizen science in tourism, innovative ways to attract tourists to regional areas, the "forgotten ones" (reptiles, frogs, invertebrates, plants), giving captive wildlife a "good life, " wildlife interpretation, marketing of good-practice wildlife tourism and human-wildlife interactions.
There will will also be a free forum on bird feeding for delegates and the public at Southbank 27 June 2021.
The main venue for the conference is: Griffith University (Nathan campus), Brisbane.
