Brisbane's free outdoor fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program, is returning for 2019! Head on down to South Bank Parklands and Queens Gardens in the City to indulge in some serious you-time.
Featuring a mix of relaxing workouts plus high energy classes, the Feel Good Program will leave you feeling just that – good, toned, healthy and happy.
Bookings are not required, and there’s a range of classes to suit all fitness levels. The program is on from Monday 28 January until Saturday 30 March 2019. To plan your workout, check out the class timetables below.
