Are tickets free to book for the Feel Good Program?
Can I register into a class on arrival?
Yes, you can register into a class on arrival, however we cannot guarantee there will be spaces available. To secure a space at a class it is strongly advised that a booking is made in advance.
Do I need to check- in to my class once I arrive?
Yes, you will be required to check into your class on arrival. This will be done using a contact-less process.
What happens if I am running late to my class?
If you are running over 10 minutes late to your class, your place may be filled.
Do I need to cancel my booking if I can no longer attend?
Yes, if you can no longer attend a class please cancel as soon as possible so that your space can be filled. Cancelling your attendance at a class can be done simply by creating an Eventbrite account and managing your booking.
How far in advance am I able to book into a class?
You will be able to book into a class up to 2 weeks in advance with new classes going live every Friday on the Feel Good webpage.
Can I update my booking to a different class?
Yes, you can update your class attendance simply by creating an Eventbrite account and managing your booking. Please note that you are required to cancel your original booking before proceeding to book an alternative class.
How will I be notified if there has been a COVID-19 outbreak at my class?
In the event of an outbreak an email will be sent via Eventbrite to all Feel Good Program participants notifying them of the situation and the next steps as per the Queensland Health guidelines.
Will there be hand sanitiser at my class?
A hand sanitiser station will be available at the Feel Good Program check- in gate for use on arrival and throughout the class.
