Medibank Feel Good Program class timetables

Brisbane's free outdoor fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program returns from 28 September to 28 November 2020, across South Bank and the CBD. For weekly class times please refer to the timetable below. Please note that all South Bank classes, except Aqua, will be re-located to Rainforest Green or the Piazza this season. Where to find us

South Bank class locations

- Aqua classes are located at the Boat Pool
- Ballroom Dancing, Bollywood Dancing and Latin Fitness classes are located at South Bank Piazza
- Barre, Bootcamp, Energy, Mums & Bubs, Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga and Zumba® classes are located at Rainforest Green

The City class locations

All classes in The City will take place at Queens Gardens, which is located next to the Treasury Casino.

Health & Safety 

To ensure public safety, several COVID-Safe measures will be in place during this season’s program. These measures are per the Queensland Government’s COVID-Safe Events Framework and Checklist and include a yoga mat giveaway, a mandatory free pre-registration process and additional on-ground hygiene measure. Class pre-registrations 

As mentioned above, all attendees are now required to pre-register prior to attending a Medibank Feel Good class. Please head to the relevant page links shown below soon to register your attendance at a South Bank or a Brisbane City class. Please note that new class registration links will be added to the page every Friday.

What to bring

We recommend bringing along a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required) if you have one. Please note that the yoga mat giveaway will take place in the initial two weeks of the program, or unless allocation is exhausted prior, at Yoga, Pilates, Barre as well as Mums & Bubs classes. In the event of wet weather...

If any of the South Bank classes are cancelled due to adverse weather, a notification will be provided on South Bank’s Facebook page. Should any classes at the South Bank Rainforest Green classes be moved, signage will be positioned on the stage advising the re-location of the class. If any of The City classes at Queens Gardens are cancelled for any reason, a notification will be provided on the Brisbane City Facebook page.

Yoga

Balance, flexibility and energy flow class. 

Barre

A class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance and yoga to improve strength. 

Pilates

A class to tone, stretch and strengthen the body. 

Bootcamp

Build strength and fitness with a variety of high impact exercises. 

Mums & Bubs

Bring bubs along for this specialized post-natal class to help rebuild strength. 

Energy

Get your sweat on for this high energy, calorie burning workout. 

Zumba©

Get moving to the beat while melting calories in this fun, social class. 

Tai Chi

Find your inner zen while lengthening muscles and strengthening joints. 

Aqua

Splash down and tone up in the refreshing water of South Bank’s Boat Pool. 

Ballroom Dancing

Designed for beginners and the more advanced, develop your ballroom dance technique through a specially curated routine. 

Bollywood Dancing

Learn the basic moves to this fun and energetic dance style which combines classical and western forms of dance.
