Medibank Feel Good Program class timetables

South Bank

The Medibank Feel Good Program has been designed to suit all fitness levels, with classes ranging from low impact to high energy options. All classes are free and bookings are not required – just turn up and join in on the fun!

Where to find us

All South Bank classes are located at the Little Stanley Street lawns apart from Mums and Bubs Pilates which is held at South Bank Piazza and the aqua class, which is at the Boat Pool on Saturday mornings. All classes in The City will take place at Queens Gardens, which is located next to the Treasury Casino.

What to bring

We recommend bringing along a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required) if you have one. We do have a limited number of yoga mats, but they are offered out on a first-in, first-served basis. Check out the class timetable below to plan your workout.

In the event of wet weather...

If classes are cancelled, a notification will be provided on South Bank’s Facebook page. Should any classes at the Little Stanley Street lawns be moved, signage will be positioned on the stage advising the location of the class. If Queens Gardens classes are cancelled for any reason, a notification will be provided on the Brisbane City Facebook page.

Yoga

Balance, flexibility & energy flow class

Barre

Barre is the ultimate fun and energetic fusion of pilates, yoga and dance. Performed on the floor, this class will increase strength and flexibility.

Pilates

A class to tone, stretch & strengthen the body

Bootcamp

If a challenging, team-based workout ticks the boxes, tone your major muscle groups with military precision as you’re pushed and challenged through a series of drills with a friend

Mums & Bubs Pilates

Bring bub along for this specialised post-natal class to help rebuild strength

Energy

Get your sweat on in this high energy, calorie burning workout

Tai Chi

Find your inner zen while lengthening muscles & strengthening joints

Zumba

Get moving to the beat while melting calories in this fun, social class

Aqua

Splash down & tone up aerobics-style in the refreshing water of South Bank’s Boat Pool
