Medibank Feel Good Program class timetable

The Medibank Feel Good Program has been designed to suit all fitness levels, with classes ranging from low impact to high energy options. All classes are free and bookings are not required – just turn up and join in on the fun!


All South Bank classes are located at the Little Stanley Street lawns apart from the aqua class which is at the Boat Pool on Saturday mornings. This series there will also be two yoga classes taking place at Queens Gardens in the Brisbane CBD on Tuesdays – please refer to the below timetable for details.

What to bring

We recommend bringing along a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required) if you have one. We do have a limited number of yoga mats, but they are offered out on a first-in, first-served basis. Check out the class timetable below to plan your workout.

In the event of wet weather...

If classes are cancelled, a notification will be provided on South Bank’s Facebook and Twitter pages. Should any classes at the Little Stanley Street lawns be moved, signage will be positioned on the stage advising the location of the class. If Queens Park classes are cancelled for any reason, a notification will be provided on the Brisbane City Facebook page.
