Medibank Feel Good Program class timetables

The Medibank Feel Good Program has been designed to suit all fitness levels, with classes ranging from low impact to high energy options. All classes are free and bookings are not required – just turn up and join in on the fun!

Where to find us

South Bank class locations

- Aqua classes are located at the Boat Pool
- Barre, Ballroom Dancing, Bootcamp, Mums & Bubs Fitness, Salsa Dancing and Tai Chi classes are located at Flowstate
- Energy, Pilates, Yoga and Zumba® classes are located at Little Stanley Street Lawn

The City class locations

All classes in The City will take place at Queens Gardens, which is located next to the Treasury Casino.

What to bring

We recommend bringing along a water bottle and towel, and a yoga mat (where required) if you have one. We do have a limited number of yoga mats, but they are offered out on a first-in, first-served basis. Check out the class timetable below to plan your workout.

In the event of wet weather...

If any of the South Bank classes are cancelled, a notification will be provided on South Bank’s Facebook page. Should any classes at the South Bank Little Stanley Street Lawn classes be moved, signage will be positioned on the stage advising the location of the class. If any of The City classes at Queens Gardens are cancelled for any reason, a notification will be provided on the Brisbane City Facebook page.

Lockers are located on either side of the entry to Streets Beach (fees apply). South Bank Parklands takes no responsibility for loss or damage of personal property brought on site. Yoga

Balance, flexibility and energy flow class.

Barre

A class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance and yoga to improve strength.

Pilates

A class to tone, stretch and strengthen the body.

Bootcamp

Build strength and fitness with a variety of high impact exercises.

Mums & Bubs

Bring bubs along for this specialized post-natal class to help rebuild strength.

Energy

Get your sweat on for this high energy, calorie burning workout.

Zumba©

Get moving to the beat while melting calories in this fun, social class.

Tai Chi

Find your inner zen while lengthening muscles and strengthening joints.

Aqua

Splash down and tone up in the refreshing water of South Bank’s Boat Pool.

Salsa Dancing

A class that focuses on learning how to Salsa with and without a partner.

Ballroom Dancing

The class includes teaching the routine, characterization of the dance, simple technique and practice to the music. Beginners and advanced catered for.
