Medibank Feel Good Program class timetables

Brisbane's free outdoor fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program, returns from 4 October - 4 December 2021, across South Bank Parklands and at Queens Gardens, Brisbane City. For weekly class times, please refer to the timetable below or there is a downloadable version. Please note: pre-registration is not required to attend classes however all attendees must check-in with the Check in Qld app on arrival as per Queensland Heath directives.

Where to find us

South Bank class locations

- Aqua classes are located at the Boat Pool
- Ballroom Dancing, Bollywood Dancing, Latin Fitness and Mums and Bubs classes are located at Flowstate
- Bootcamp, Energy, Meditate and Stretch, Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga and Zumba® classes are located at Rainforest Green

The City class locations

All classes in The City will take place at Queens Gardens, which is located next to the Treasury Casino.

Health & Safety 

To ensure public safety, several COVID Safe measures will be in place during the program. 

Pre-registration is not required for this series of the program however check-in is required via the Check In Qld app on arrival as per Queensland Health directives.

What to bring

In the event of wet weather...

If any of the South Bank classes are cancelled due to adverse weather a post will be made on the relevant Facebook event page. Should any classes at the South Bank be moved, signage will be positioned on the stage advising the re-location of the class. If any of The City classes at Queens Gardens are cancelled for any reason, a notification will be provided on the Brisbane City Facebook page.

Learn the basic moves to this fun and energetic dance style which combines classical and western forms of dance.
