Medibank Feel Good Program class timetable

Brisbane's free outdoor fitness series, the Medibank Feel Good Program, is back up and running from Monday 14 March! Please note that we have extended the series by an extra week – it will now finish on Saturday 9 April, except for Active Kids which will finish on 31 March. All classes are back except for Aqua.  

Please note that due to Rainforest Green being closed for repairs, classes will now take place on the Little Stanley Street Lawns and at Flowstate. Full details are in the timetable below or a downloadable version is also available. Per Queensland Health directives, attendees are not required to check-in on arrival. In addition, pre-registration is not required to attend.

- Active Kids at Flowstate Lawn: please note final Active Kids class for this series is 31 March

Pre-registration and check-in is not required for this series of the program.

What to bring

In the event of wet weather...

If any of the South Bank classes are cancelled due to adverse weather a post will be made on the relevant Facebook event page. Should any classes at the South Bank be moved, signage will be positioned on the stage advising the re-location of the class. 

Class Descriptions

Yoga - Mondays and Saturdays

Calm balance through stretches and poses to improve flexibility and posture.

Cardio Fusion

A mixture of low impact cardio – yoga, pilates and strength.

Pilates - Tuesdays and Thursdays

Movement, breath, stretching and strengthening your body while improving flexibility.

Bollywood Dancing

Learn the basic moves to this fun and energetic dance style which combines classical and western forms of dance.

Tai Chi

Chinese tradition integrating the body and mind through a series of slow and controlled movements.

Baby and Me

Baby and Me allows time to connect with bub and reconnect with yourself.


Dial up your cardio routine with this high intensity, bodyweight workout.

Salsa and Samba

A class designed to develop your swing, flexibility, fitness, and self-confidence!

Active Kids

Encourage your child to be active and help them build healthy habits.


Get moving to the beat while melting calories in this fun, social class. 

Ballroom Dancing

A specially curated ballroom routine suitable for all experience levels.  

Mindful Art

Wellness through painting, drawing and craft. Please note: pre-booking is required for Mindful Art classes and spaces are limited, links to book via Eventbrite are located under the timetable on this page.
