If you’re a City local, stretch out your office aches and unwind into the evening with Yoga and Pilates at Queens Street Gardens, taking place three nights a week.
There have been a number of updates to the Medibank Feel Good Program this season, which are in line with the Queensland Government’s COVID-Safe guidelines. These include a yoga mat giveaway, a mandatory free pre-registration process and additional on- ground hygiene measure.
