Share a plate of Hellenika's famous zucchini chips on the olive tree-lined alfresco terrace. The authentic Greek fare is a must-do dining experience. Once the poolside lounging tires you out, head to their picture-perfect suites and pop on the famous Calile linen bathrobes, for full relaxation.
While you’re living your best life at Brisbane’s most-Instagrammed hotel, make sure you try the tastes that surround The Calile for the ultimate experience. If Asian-fusion is your style, look no further than sAme sAme, with interior as beautiful as their dishes this is an absolute must. For the oyster-lover in you, make sure you try SK Steak & Oyster, well-known for the quality of food and service and their martinis. The bustling hub of Brisbane is at your doorstep – located in the city centre near premier shopping street, Queen Street Mall, and an easy riverside walk to South Bank and the Cultural Centre.

Emporium South Bank

Brisbane has an incredible new skyline vantage point. The rooftop infinity pool South Bank Emporium, boasts perhaps the best panoramic views across the river towards Brisbane CBD. Brisbane’s luxury boutique hotel brand has firmly planted itself as the southside’s premier hotel and bar. Settle in for the ultimate rooftop bar, with white furry seats, a floor that you have to see to believe, and funky tunes going all night long, you’ll feel like a movie star.

Beyond stunning 24-hour service and brand-new state-of-the-art rooms, prepare yourself (pack stretchy pants) for the food. It took many months to develop the menu for the hotel's restaurant, rooftop bar, piano bar, Belle Epoque Patisserie and in-suite dining, you won’t know where to begin. The final addition to the hotel's culinary collection is Signature, led by husband and wife duo Chris Norman and Alex Liddle and serving modern Australian cuisine using locally sourced produce. Expect stunning decor, bespoke menus, an awe-inspiring wine cellar and award-winning service – nothing new really.

Ovolo Inchcolm

Those who love a touch of heritage with modern comforts (and freebies) will enjoy the newly refreshed Inchcolm Hotel. The boutique Ovolo brand has just completed a fresh restyle of the Art Deco hotel rooms and restaurant after recently taking over. The eclectic space is filled with curious objects and interesting art pieces designed to evoke an old world Parisian salon vibe with a rock ‘n’ roll twist. Expect a free minibar and “loot bags” of snacks, free laundry, breakfast and nightly happy hour.

A highlight for history lovers sits in the centre of the 1930s-built former private residence and medical practice. The original lift was shipped here from New York State in 1928 by the Otis Elevator Company, and has been restored with a new motor.

Of course the new signature restaurant plays up the building’s past too. Executive chef Anthony Hales spent three months travelling around Australia and popped over to Korea to soak in the culinary scenes and use it as inspiration at the super chic Salon De Co.

The Constance Hotel

Street art inspiration decks the halls of the recently reopened The Constance in the heart of the Valley. Brisbane’s only street art hotel brings a major point of edge to your stay. In partnership with some of Australia’s most distinct creative bodies, the vision for the new hotel was brought to life. A unique combination of design from renowned local designer Black Milk and street art from world acclaimed artists like Magee, Numskull, Rone and Beastman - this can only be found through their doors. More than just a stay, it’s an urban getaway experience.

To top things off (quite literally), The Constance now hosts one of the Valley’s newest rooftop bars, receiving praise all around. Dirty Sultan, Brisbane’s first rooftop shisha lounge and bar, boasts stunning views of the City, Turkish cocktails that we can guarantee will transport you, and bright and plush seating areas to keep you lounging all day long.
