Lonely Planet names Queensland’s Great Barrier Reef as No.2 top world sight to visit

Leading travel authority Lonely Planet has ranked the 500 best places to see in the world – with the Great Barrier Reef coming in at No.2.
The definitive bucket list (known as the Lonely Planet Ultimate Travelist 2015) is good news for Brisbane. The capital city is home to the biggest international airport in Queensland, with easy access to the Great Barrier Reef.
