Are tickets free to book for Kids Collective?
How long do the Kids Collective sessions run for and what are the time slots?
The Kids Collective workshops are 45 minute sessions, running at 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am and 12:00pm.
Are guardians required to book tickets too?
Yes, one ticket is required per person attending the Kids Collective workshop including adults accompanying their child or children. An adult guardian must be present to supervise their child or children attending.
Do I need to check in once I arrive?
Yes, you will be required to check in to your Kids Collective session on arrival. This will be done using a contactless process.
What happens if I am running late?
If you are running late to your Kids Collective session please notify us at [email protected] If you are running over 20 minutes late and you do not notify us, your place may be filled.
Do I need to cancel my booking if I can no longer attend?
Yes, if you can no longer make your Kids Collective booking please cancel as soon as possible so that your space can be filled. Cancelling your booking can be done simply by creating an Eventbrite account and managing your booking.
How far in advance am I able to booking a Kids Collective activity?
Activity booking links on the Kids Collective webpage will go live a week prior to the activity taking place. Within the link you will be able to choose from four session time slots.
Can I change my session time?
Yes, you can update your session time simply by creating an Eventbrite account and managing your booking. Please note that you are required to cancel your original session time before proceeding to book an alternative session.
How will I be notified if there has been a COVID-19 outbreak at Kids Collective?
In the event of an outbreak an email will be sent via Eventbrite to all Kids Collective attendees notifying of the situation and next steps as per the Queensland Health guidelines.
Will there be hand sanitiser on ground?
A hand sanitiser station will be available at the Kids Collective check in gate for use on arrival and throughout the session.
What do I do if my child or I feel unwell during Kids Collective?
If you or your child develop symptoms of COVID-19 while you are at Kids Collective, please see an onsite event staff member (while maintaining social distancing) immediately for assistance.
How do I get to Kids Collective?
South Bank has two train stations, South Bank and South Brisbane, both conveniently located on South Bank’s Grey Street. In addition, South Bank is connected to Brisbane’s Busway with buses departing regularly from South Bank and Cultural Centre Stations.
