Attendees will learn some simple techniques to assist them to access messages or answers from the deeper realms of Self. These techniques if used regularly can help you to really get in touch with that deeper awareness to understand who you really are. It gives you an insight into what is at the heart of your issue, whether it is body, mind or spirit being out of balance, creating health related issues. This is a fun and unique way of enjoying the experience of painting even for those who don't believe they can paint. Attendees will learn a method of release that will free old energy and make space for the new.
