When you have family and friends to cart around, or you’re travelling from far away, it’s hard to beat the convenience of driving. South Bank’s underground car park offers more than 800 spaces (including eight for the disabled). The car park is accessible via Tribune St and Little Stanley St. The disabled parking bays are on level B1, at the southern and northern ends, adjacent to the lifts. Parking is charged on an hourly rate, with special discounted offers for visitors during key meal times, including a $2 breakfast special seven days a week and a $5 lunchtime special from Monday to Friday.
A flat fee of $15 a visit applies seven days a week at the area known as the Cultural Precinct, which comprises the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, Queensland Art Gallery/Museum and State Library.
All on-street parking at South Bank precinct is managed by Brisbane City Council. For more information, phone 07 3403 8888 or click here.
