Roma Street Parkland and Spring Hill

Nestled just a 10-minute walk from Brisbane’s CBD lies the Roma Street Parkland and Spring Hill precinct. A haven for the a la mode, Spring Hill features an assortment of trendy cafes and restaurants, interwoven with historical monuments such as the heritage-listed Old Windmill and the Spring Hill Baths.

Meanwhile Roma Street Parkland offers a distinctly different experience, with designer gardens and sprawling lawns that wind around 16 hectares of stunning parklands. Well known by garden and plant enthusiasts for its exceptional horticultural standards, it is also a popular visitor destination, housing free barbeques, playgrounds and a year-round calendar of events.

On Sunday 25 March join the 5km walk at Roma Street Parkland to help raise awareness for Australia's number one blood cancer, Lymphoma. Not only will you be helping raise awareness but all funds raised will also go to the nurses who help those through the tough journey once diagnosed with Lymphoma. Check out more info here.

As the temperatures start to drop as Autumn kicks in, it's the perfect time of the year to be outdoors and what better place to do that than Roma Street Parkland. Get your calendar and pen ready and check out what's on this month from free events to a charity walk and more.

Experience Brisbane's newest live music on the first Sunday of every month, kicking off in March. Grab a tasty treat from the food trucks then sit back and relax as your soul mellows out to the calming sounds of live Jazz music. Check out the full program here!
