Do I need to pre-register to attend Blooms & Tunes?
Yes, a pre-registration is required to attend Blooms & Tunes. As per the Queensland Government’s COVID-Safe Events Framework and Checklist, the event will be capped at 450 attendees, thus we cannot guarantee event availability unless you secure your attendance prior.
Do I need to check-in to the event on arrival?
Yes, all patrons are required to queue and check- in to Blooms & Tunes on arrival. This process is to ensure contact tracing if required, as per the Queensland Government’s COVID-Safe Events Framework and Checklist.
I booked a picnic hamper/ VIP package - how do I redeem my purchase?
If you booked a hamper/ VIP package, you will be directed to an alternative queue for check- in. From here you will be taken to your VIP set- up or directed to the hamper collection point within the event.
Do I need to cancel my booking if I can no longer attend?
Yes, we kindly ask that all patrons cancel their Blooms & Tunes booking as soon as possible if they can no longer attend. This is to allow ample time for tickets to be re- allocated. If you scroll down to the Order Summary section of your confirmation email, you can click the View and Manage order online link. This will take you to Eventbrite where you can create an account and update your ticket details or cancel your booking.
Can I update the details of my booking once completed?
Yes. Updating your booking details can be done simply by creating an Eventbrite account and managing your booking.
Can I provide my details to register for every person in my group?
No, every patron must register separately. If a ticketholders name does not match their ticket, they will be asked to complete a details form prior to entering the event.
Can I arrive early to Blooms & Tunes?
The gates to Blooms & Tunes open at 12.30pm. Patrons are welcome to set up from this time.
Can I bring my own chairs to Blooms & Tunes?
Yes, patrons are able to bring their own chairs, however these must be low- set. If utilising chairs, please ensure set- ups are along the perimeter of the event to ensure stage views of other guests are not impeded.
Can I bring my dog to Blooms & Tunes?
Yes, patrons can bring their dog to Blooms & Tunes, however, they must be kept on a lead at all times.
Can I order food at Blooms & Tunes?
Yes. Food can be ordered within Blooms & Tunes from the picnic hamper collection point to the left of the stage. Alternatively, patrons are welcome to pack their own food.
Can I bring my own alcohol to Blooms & Tunes?
Yes. BYO alcohol may be consumed within the event, on Celebration Lawn, between 10am and 8pm. All alcoholic drinks must be accompanied by a substantive meal and consumers must be over 18 years of age.
Can I order alcohol at Blooms & Tunes?
A selection of alcoholic beverages can be ordered within the event with a substantive meal purchase. All alcohol must be consumed within the event, on Celebration Lawn.
What are the payment options at the event for food and beverage items?
Please note this is a cashless event, payment can be made by card only.
Can I exit and re-enter Blooms and Tunes?
Yes, however patrons will be asked for their ticket on re- entry. It is advised that once patrons are inside the event they do not leave until they have concluded their time at Blooms & Tunes.
How will Blooms & Tunes be adhering to COVID- Safe event guidelines?
To ensure public safety, several COVID-Safe measures will be in place during Blooms and Tunes. These measures are per the Queensland Government’s COVID-Safe Events Framework and Checklist and include a free pre- registration process and additional hygiene methods. How will I be notified if there is a COVID-19 outbreak at Blooms & Tunes?
In the event of an outbreak at the event, patron contact details will be passed onto Queensland Health who will then notify attendees of the next steps.
