1. Do I need a ticket to attend The Enchanted Garden?
Yes, The Enchanted Garden is a paid ticketed event. Tickets can be purchased for $7.00 per person including booking fees for adults and children aged 3-17 years. Children under age 2 do not require a ticket. Tickets can be purchased through the Ticketek website. You will need to create a Ticketek account or log in to an existing account to purchase your ticket.

2. When are tickets on sale for The Enchanted Garden?
Tickets are on sale from 11:30am, Thursday 4 November 2021 through Ticketek until sold out. 

3. What is the maximum number of tickets I can secure?
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased at once is 8. 

4. Do babies need a ticket?
No, children under the age of 2 do not require a ticket.

5. Is there a designated night for those with sensory needs?
The 6:30pm session each night of the event is a dusk session which is recommended for young children or those with sensory needs. 

6. What time does The Enchanted Garden open?
To experience The Enchanted Garden, a ticket must be purchased for a designated session entry time. There are 11 entry times each evening starting from 6:30pm for a dusk session through to 9:00pm. Entry times are every 15 minutes. Celebration Lawn and Lakeside Lawn will have food vendors operating from 4pm daily however you do not need to purchase a ticket to access the food vendor area. 

7. How do I purchase a ticket to attend The Enchanted Garden?
To purchase a ticket, please visit The Enchanted Garden page on the Ticketek website. You will need to create a Ticketek account or log in to an existing account to purchase your ticket. 

8. Can I change my session to The Enchanted Garden once I have purchased a ticket?
Yes, if tickets are available for a different session time please contact the Ticketek team to organise swapping your tickets to another session. If you require assistance please find options to contact Ticketek on their contact page.

9. I missed out on a ticket for The Enchanted Garden. Will there be tickets available at the gate?
Tickets will remain on sale up until the session commences each night. If tickets are still available when you arrive at the event, tickets can be purchased through the Ticketek website or through QR code signage at the event. 

10. Can I go on a cancellation/waitlist?
There is no waitlist for The Enchanted Garden. We suggest monitoring the Ticketek website for tickets that may become available. Sessions with tickets available will be coloured blue or green on the booking calendar on the Ticketek website.

11. Do I need to have contact details for every person in my group?
No, tickets can be purchased under the name and details of the person purchasing the tickets.

12. Can I exit and re-enter The Enchanted Garden? 
No. If a patron requests to leave The Enchanted Garden before the display concludes, they will not be able to re-enter. There is only one entry and exit point however if you do require to leave the lighting trail prior to the final exit, please see event staff. 

13. Can I bring my own food to The Enchanted Garden?
Yes, patrons are welcome to bring their own food to The Enchanted Garden.

14. Can food be purchased at The Enchanted Garden and what are the payment options?
Yes, there will be a number of food trucks options available from 4.00pm daily at the Celebration Lawn. 

Please note: the food truck area is open for both ticketholders and those who have not purchased a ticket. Please also note this is a cashless event, payment can be made by card only.

15. How long is The Enchanted Garden?
The Enchanted Garden takes approximately 25-30 minutes to complete. Although there are no steps throughout the pathways, we do advise you wear comfy shoes for gradual inclines/declines.

16. Is The Enchanted Garden wheelchair accessible?
The Enchanted Garden is an accessible event with wheelchair access however please note there are sections of the route that are on an incline or decline. The route is approximately 1km long. There is wheelchair vehicle parking located along Parkland Boulevard and in the Public Car Park, however there are limited spaces.

17. Do I have to purchase a ticket for myself if I am attending The Enchanted Garden to care for someone?
No, please contact Ticketek staff to organise your companion ticket. The person you are caring for is required to purchase a ticket. Please visit the Ticketek contact page for contact options.

18. Can I bring my dog to The Enchanted Garden?
No, dogs are not permitted at The Enchanted Garden due to crowd management reasons.

19. What happens in the event of wet or adverse weather?
In the event of a storm or heavy rain occurring, The Enchanted Garden may be closed or opening may be delayed. If a scheduled Enchanted Garden evening/session is cancelled, ticketholders will be contacted by the events team who will attempt to re-book patrons on an alternative date. Please note this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

20. How do I get to The Enchanted Garden?
Roma Street Parkland is a 10-minute walk from the CBD and is conveniently surrounded by an abundance of public transport options, with the Roma Street train and bus station located directly beside the Parkland (access is via lower ground level). 

There is limited car parking within Roma Street Parkland, so to avoid disappointment, it is strongly advised that public transport is used. The nearest undercover public car park is at King George Square, which is only a 10-minute walk from the Parkland. 

Please note that the coach zones on Parkland Boulevard and College Close Car Park are for drop-off and pick up only. No coach parking is permitted on site. To find out more about getting to The Enchanted Garden, please head to the Visit Brisbane webpage.

21. Where do I go when I arrive at The Enchanted Garden?
The entry to the lighting trail is at Allee Bridge, between Banyan Lawn and Lakeside Lawn. Please see the event map for the exact location. Please move to the entry point at your designated session entry time to have your ticket scanned by event staff. 

22. Do I need to print my tickets?
Tickets can be presented to event staff on a mobile device or a printed copy of the ticket. 

23. How will I be notified if there is a COVID-19 cases at The Enchanted Garden?
The Enchanted Garden will be operating in accordance with the QLD Check In app. Patrons will be notified by Queensland Health if the event is impacted by COVID cases.
