The Enchanted Garden
Roma Street Parkland will welcome back Brisbane's largest interactive lighting display, The Enchanted Garden, for a spectacular new sensory experience running 1-23 December.
Bringing 8000 square metres of breathtaking lighting mediums, ambient soundscapes, special effects and sculptures to the sprawling parkland, in 2021 The Enchanted Garden will guide visitors through a captivating narrative in which nature is fighting back against looming dark forces - and it needs your help!
The lighting trail for the whole family is constructed with cutting-edge visual and auditory elements like holograms, LED fields and hundreds of 3D-printed birds, with the 11 unique activations combining nature and technology for an unforgettable immersive experience.
Tickets are on sale via Ticketek — purchase your ticket on the Ticketek website! - please click on the 'more' button on desktop computers or each event date on mobile to see all sessions available.
Entry to The Enchanted Garden on 1 - 23 December 2021 is $7 per person (or free for children under 2, who do not require a ticket). Bookings will have specific entry times every 15 minutes from 6:30pm through to the last entry at 9pm.
The self-guided route takes around 30 minutes to complete, with 11 unique activations to visit within the diverse landscapes of Roma Street Parkland. The 6:30pm dusk session is recommended for younger children and those with specific sensory needs.
Though tickets for specific entry times are limited and not transferrable to earlier/later sessions, visitors can take as long as they like to experience the magical journey once they enter the installation. In the spirit of the season, the ticketing process also includes an option to make a voluntary donation to The Children’s Hospital Foundation.
To preserve the beauty of Roma Street Parkland, visitors are asked to keep to the designated journey pathways while enjoying the installation.
Please be aware of ticketing scams - tickets to The Enchanted Garden are officially sold exclusively through Ticketek.
