South Bank's free online kids activities

Running out of tricks to keep young ones entertained and engaged throughout this extended period at home? South Bank has you covered with free online kids activities! From ‘how to’ tutorials, colouring in activities, online artefacts, fossil collecting games, storytelling and more; there is an abundance of educating and enjoyable digital exercises for young ones, brought to you by your precinct stalwarts.

Kids Collective at Home 

Don’t let this change in normality stop your kids from developing their creative minds- learning never stops! Introducing Kids Collective at Home, a series of children’s activities readily available simply at the click of a button.

Similar to South Bank’s Kids Collective on-ground, free children’s activities will be released via the Kids Collective web page every Thursday from 30 April, for littlies aged 0- 12 years. Activities will include a range of craft, sport and educational exercises.

Activities require minimal materials and have been created with intent to engage and educate, stimulating parts of the brain responsible for learning and development.

QAGOMA for kids is a creative hub, featuring activity books and programs that incorporate art and artists from around the world. QAGOMA’s Children’s Art Centre in collaboration with artists, ensures a range of creative exercises highlighted across the platform, such as digital drawing lessons, storytelling of renowned artists and exhibitions as well as mini DIY craft projects.
