Newest addition to Little Stanley Street, Ma Pa Me is a modern take on nostalgic home-cooked meals fusing Indonesian, Thai, Chinese and Japanese influences. Indonesian-born chef Alfan “Alfie” Musthafa was inspired by his grandparents love for cooking and entertaining. Each dish is filled with guilty pleasures along with the best local ingredients. Located within The Charming Squire on Grey Street, Embers restaurant drifts from the ocean to the paddock. Half lobster, pan fried kingfish and lamb dishes are roasted, smoked and grilled by the custom-made wood-fired grill and rotisserie, and complimented by over 100 Australian and new world wines. With desserts like affogato salted caramel ice cream, the menu alone is enough to make your mouth water.
