Giving a gentle nod to Sichuan flavours and authentic Cantonese cuisine, Donna Chang’s modern Chinese venue is up there amongst Brisbane’s best. To celebrate this year’s Dine BNE City festival, the team at Donna Chang have prepared an exclusive ‘Petit Banquet’ - made up of five courses, complete with a drink.
For $65 per person, you’ll be treated to dishes like snapper sashimi with native lime and chilli dressing, cold sesame noodles with chilli, peanuts and coriander, and red braised pork belly with shitake.
Love traditional Thai cuisine? Jumbo Thai’s five-course degustation is for you. The five-course set menu showcases Jumbo Thai’s most iconic dishes like their Massaman lamb shank curry, crispy pork belly stir fry, as well as Jumbo’s classic pad Thai.
