Chocolate High Tea

Heritage-listed Brisbane Arcade’s Room with Roses cafe specialises in high tea experiences, so it’s the perfect spot for some Easter indulgence. The iconic venue is open Monday to Saturday and we recommend booking ahead for the Chocolate High Tea. With delicate ribbon sandwiches, savoury pastries and raspberry scones along with handmade choc sweets, add a glass of bubbles to make it a sparkling Easter treat.

Chocolate High Tea Buffet

Weekends are for indulging in the Chocolate High Tea Buffet at Stamford Plaza Brisbane. Available on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at The Brasserie on the River, enjoy an array of ever-changing chocolate delicacies, home-baked scones and finger sandwiches. Book ahead – the Chocolate High Tea is $59 per person for adults and $39 per person for children.

Splash out on a Chandon High Tea at Treasury Brisbane’s The Lab. The exquisite afternoon tea selection from executive chef Steven Jones is available on Saturdays and includes sweet and savoury choices. Accompanied by bottomless La Maison Du Thé handcrafted teas and Chandon sparkling wines, it’s a most elegant way to spend your Easter Saturday.

Easter Weekend Buffet

Available exclusively from Friday 2 April through Monday 5 April, Sofitel Brisbane Central chefs will be serving favourite buffet selections for breakfast, lunch and dinner sittings. The Easter Weekend Buffet at Thyme2 Restaurant will include sweet and savoury delights such as eggs, pastries and seasonal fruit for breakfast and fresh seafood, salads and popular dishes for lunch and dinner. It’s available from $42 per person for breakfast, from $80 per person for lunch and $99 per person for dinner bookings.
