Meeanjin Markets is Brisbane’s largest Indigenous markets and cultural festival. The Central Business District comes alive with the sights, sounds and tastes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander knowledge, creativity and practice.

The Meeanjin Markets at Reddacliff Place has something for everyone. From products to nourish your body and soul using native ingredients, to jewellery, art, fashion and homewares. There are free activities to learn more about ancient customs and traditions through language and stories, or relax on the lawn listening to local and national performers.

It’s a unique opportunity for people to purchase authentic Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander products directly from the artisans and creators. They’re not just supporting and helping to grow First Nations business, but through learning and experiencing, are supporting reconciliation.

Meeanjin Markets support Indigenous small businesses who are starting, emerging and more established.

This is the fourth Meeanjin Markets and it continues to grow every market.

*“Meeanjin” is the local Indigenous name for Brisbane.
